My return: Born as mother and reborn as woman!

I started to create the project of this website and my sessions for women about at the end of 2021. I think I have always been interested in women well-being, motherhood and being female in general, but I could not understand how to be fully supportive.

At that time, we had been in Germany for two years and my PhD project was taking off. Likewise, my path as a yoga teacher and breathing coach was shedding new light on my days and pushing me to want to help those around me.

At the beginning of 2022, I created the first course on hormone-related breathing during labour and childbirth and I started coaching the first expectant mothers, all this coinciding with the beginning of my second pregnancy. It was definitely an emotional and extremely fulfilling time. I was convinced that my path was exclusively to help expectant mothers. I was certain that I had much in common with those who were about to welcome new lives, while I did not understand my usefulness to other women.

Then, actually, as I continued to study various scientific articles, I realised that I could give a lot more to other women as well. It took me a good two years to mature a certain awareness. I had to try different paths before I realised which one was mine!

Today I know that we are constantly evolving and so I needed to go through certain events and experience certain phases before I could create the path I offer now. Before I could really make my contribution!

Where did the name Birth and Rebirth Mum and Woman come from?

First of all, we are not mothers a priori, but we start entering the world of motherhood once we find out we are expecting a baby. We prepare for full nine months to welcome this little being who will turn our lives upside down. With its birth, we are also born as mothers and for a while this remains, rightly, our focus. Even on a biological level, if we were not completely focused on our child, how could we give it the sufficient and necessary care for its survival and growth?

In today's society, I believe that we have put our foot on the accelerator a bit to reduce this initial phase, which in my opinion is very important. Hardly enough, the mother can have some space to fully explore her power both during the act of giving birth and during her acquaintance with the baby that has come into the world. She often lacks the means to really listen to herself and the background buzz of modern society causes confusion and frustration in her. That is why I want to give my support to these mothers who are about of being born or have just been born. I want to show them what power is hidden in their existence.

Moreover, as it is natural that there is this immersion in life as a mother, at some point, you also need to get back to feeling good about being a woman. In a way, one is reborn as a woman, a much more aware, stronger and feminine woman. But often, it is difficult to understand how much motherhood has been able to enrich us without the right key. Here, I bring my experience and support to all those mothers who want to be reborn as women, without regretting anything about their choices. This will can also manifest itself several years after becoming a mother!

The concept of rebirth as woman can also pass through different paths than motherhood. In fact, today's society places many expectations on how we should be. We grow up under considerable social pressure, which often causes us to lose our identity. Therefore, in my opinion, it is essential to make a journey to learn how to listen to one's own being and body.

I have done the same work on myself and every day is a continuous process, where ‘balance’, ‘listening’ and ‘adaptation’ are the watchwords to be able to grow a little and live a satisfying life.
