My Method!

I offer different types of support to women during their entire life!

Born as Mom

for moms to be, in order to allow them to feel ready to childbirth on a physical, emotional and mental level. In addition, it helps to create deeper connection with babies and partners. Moreover, it prepares moms to recover better during the postpartum period.

 

Reborn as Woman

for any woman that wants to build awareness and improve the condition of fascia, core & diastasis, pelvic floor and back. We are working on training the nervous system and the body to improve any physical and emotional blockages, in addition to reduce stress and fear.

Regardless the type of sessions, we work on improving the condition of the gut microbiome, reducing inflammation in women's bodies.

 

Prenatal Kore Yoga & Kore Yoga

To prepare our bodies to motherhood and to help them to heal better after childbirth, supported by the Trapeze. There are modification for whom is without this prop, but you will still appreciate the power of these classes.

In this type of sessions, we focus on distasis, pelvic floor dysfunctions and back pain.

 

Yoga Mama & Baby _ Yoga for Couples

Specific yoga sessions to deepen the connection between moms and their babies but also between women and theirpartners. Parenthood can be an amazing experience.
